Half way through a book on the ‘Baader-Meinhof Gang’, something I had little knowledge about, and the thing that has struck me reading the life stories of these people is, even though they were young children when WW11 ended, and their country was rubble, when they got back to school, it was immediately back into study, exam marks, and careers. They hardly missed a beat. Orphaned, malnourished, and defeated, forget generational trauma, they had been under the bombs, and it barely phased them. The whole of Europe was rubble, where is their generational trauma? Could it all be emotional masturb…ion?

Parasites and pasturalists- The farmers have figured out that the Govt’s push for carbon taxes is just another way for Govt-approved grifters to screw anyone on the land.
“Three years ago, Steve Blore was a pin-up boy for carbon company Climate Friendly…Today Blore tells a different story. The dollars flowing from the six carbon projects he manages in outback Queensland have drastically reduced, and he can’t get a straight answer about the future.”
Just like your feed-in credits for solar, the company paying you reduces the payments as you go along. The land cannot be grazed and reverts to bush-fire fuel. People are not needed to work on the land so they leave the area and head for the big towns. The country towns collapse as businesses move out from the smaller population base. The parasites have a locked-in 25year contract on the land so they’re happy claiming carbon credits, and the hundreds of bureaurats who have jobs in the new industry are happy.
If the land-owners go to sell up they find the value of the farm has crashed due to the carbon credit contract, the parasites will with-hold information from the buyers, and the farmers have had to sign non-disclosure agreements.
“The carbon companies and the government regulator call it “re-stratification” – another look at the forest potential of the landscape. Farmers have a different word for it. “It’s called shrinkage,” Old says. ”
It will all end in tears as the whole scheme collapses.
